When we say we are a place where everyone is welcome, we mean it. No matter your background, race, economic status, past mistakes, or current belief system, you are family. We are incredibly interested in who God has called you to be, rather than where you come from. No matter if you have never stepped in a church, it has been 10 years, or if you are just looking for a church to call home, we would love to connect with you.
We exist so that people can connect to the love of God and make an eternal difference.
NOTHING IS TAUGHT ABOVE THE BIBLE
(And it’s definitely NOT boring!)
When we talk about the Bible, we have fun and a lot of energy. The reason is simple: The Bible was given to us from God himself. That is something that gets us pretty fired up around here. The Bible is central to every belief system we hold and everything we do. The more you learn about who God is, the more we learn about who we are. If you are looking for a place to start, we recommend the book of John.
CHURCH IS SUPPOSED TO BE FUN
When you think of church, the first word you think of probably isn’t fun. Why not? The God we serve is a fun God. We’re not interested in manufacturing or forcing an environment that isn’t real, we just stay connected to the heart of Jesus and are full of joy and love in the process. The way we worship God musically is lively and interactive. We’re not trying to make it a concert without purpose, but it will hopefully be that engaging. The way we teach is aimed to be inspiring, practical, truthful, and yes, it will be fun.
