BELOVED 2024

What does it mean to be a vessel? To be clay in the hands of the Master Potter? To be raw and wedged, pressed and molded? Placed under extreme pressure and heat? Becoming a vessel of beauty, but cracked and broken after days or even years of life. Does the vessel still serve a purpose amongst the cracks? Amongst the impurities? What does it mean for God to search out His clay, refine it, shape it, and set it forth for His use? We would love for you to join us for BELOVED 2024 as we learn the meaning of clay in the Potters hands.

TREASURE IN JARS OF CLAY
WHAT TO EXPECT
WHAT TO EXPECT

BELOVED is a day dedicated to the gospel. It is a day dedicated to intentional worship, biblically sound messages, prayer, and community.

At BELOVED, we will laugh together, dance together, cry together, eat together, but most importantly, we will leave with applicable steps to continue growing in our Christian walk as women.

With the purchase of your ticket, not only will you get access to the best girls day ever, you will also have access to FREE dinner and FREE childcare.

We believe with all our hearts that this conference will bring heart change. Our goal is not to have a show or a TED Talk (while we do make sure to provide all aspects with excellence), but our goal is to leave you wanting more of Jesus. Our goal is that your adoration for Him grows. And we make sure to provide resources to help you in this journey.

So what can you expect? Something different. Something real. Something raw. Something true.

JARS OF CLAY
JARS OF CLAY

Every year God amazes me with how He instills on my heart the “theme” or the direction for BELOVED. Ironically enough, He has done so the week of the previous years conference. I would be busy gearing up for the weekend and then POOF, He hits me with nexts years.

That is exactly what happened for “Jars Of Clay”. I was setting up for BELOVED 2023, “Garden Roots”, and I had come across a verse that spoke to me (our verse for this years conference):

2 Corinthians 4:7-18 says But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us. We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but. not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed. 10 We always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body. For we who are alive are always being given over to death for Jesus’ sake, so that his life may also be revealed in our mortal body. 12 So then, death is at work in us, but life is at work in you. 13 It is written: ‘I believed; therefore I have spoken.’ Since we have that same spirit of faith, we also believe and therefore speak, because we know that the one who raised the Lord Jesus from the dead will also raise us with Jesus and present us with you to himself. 15 All this is for your benefit, so that the grace that is reaching more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God. 16 Therefore. we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day  by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. 18 So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”

We have this treasure in jars of clay. Now, I don’t know about you, but I’m old enough to remember there was a Christian band named “Jars of Clay” and while I think of them when I hear or read this, that week, those verses hit differently.

We are worthy vessels for the kingdom and our purpose to spread the gospel is never changing. But so many people (women) forget that this power is not of our own. And when we lose sight of whose power it is, we begin to feel “crushed”, in “despair”, “abandoned”, and “destroyed”. Of course, like clay, we will begin raw, be wedged, molded, thrown, shaped, hard pressed, crushed, and put under stress, but the Bible tells us of an inward daily renewal. We want to get back to that girl! We want to help you understand who the Master Potter is and the purpose of YOU (the clay) in His hands. We want to walk alongside you through the cracks and brokenness, helping you realize that

vs. 16 “Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.”

So, for BELOVED 2024, we decided to bring back a nationally known speaker and a few local/in-house leading ladies to speak into the hearts of each of you. They have all prayerfully considered and accepted the invitation to bring the heat and the heart.

I hope you can see, hear, feel the heart behind this conference and would prayerfully consider joining us.

It would be my honor to serve you, friend.

XOXO,

DAISY MAESTAS
DAISY MAESTAS

Daisy Maestas never expected a class she took in college to alter the trajectory of her life. What started as a hobby became a major part of her life after she met Asa. They both were working with clay on their own at a local studio; they bonded over Jesus and pottery. It was clear to both of them that there were lessons that God was teaching them through working with clay. They were married within a year. Ever since then they have been working together to use pottery as a vessel to share God’s message of hope to their community.

Daisy taught 10 years in public education before leaving the traditional classroom. Now Asa and Daisy are working together to grow the family pottery business and raise their three rambunctious little boys in Peoria,AZ.
