WHAT DOES C.R.E.W. mean?
C.R.E.W. stands for Christians, Ready, Equipped, and Willing.
A discipleship program for students 4th-12th grade to become equipped and to serve others with willing hearts. This 2025-2026 semester alone, we've already had 72 students commit!
Are you in?

For students in 4th-6th grade, we offer our Next Gen C.R.E.W.
We focus on equipping students to serve others with willing hearts. Students are given the opportunity to serve in BRIDGEkidz, alongside adults, in our Toddler, Pre-School, and Elementary Classes. They also have an opportunity to run our Tech for our BRIDGEkidz services.
Every 4th Sunday during our 10AM & 11:30AM services (depending on which one your student is scheduled), we facilitate monthly devotions to encourage students in their walk with the Lord and fellowship with one another. Our devotions are done utilizing an AEIOU format:
A = Ask Questions
E = Emphasize Key Words
I = In Your Own Words
O = Other Related Scripture
U = Use It
The goal of AEIOU is to move beyond just reading words on a page to truly engaging with Scripture, thinking critically, and discovering God’s truth for themselves.

For students in 7th-12th grade, we offer our Youth C.R.E.W.
We focus on equipping students to serve others with willing hearts. Students are given the opportunity to serve in BRIDGEkidz, but also as being part of Youth, they are able to serve on a Sunday in our Adult Bridge services in areas including greeting, ushering, worship, hospitality, set-up, tear-down, media, and production.
Every 3rd Sunday during our 10AM & 11:30AM services (depending on which one your student is scheduled), we facilitate monthly devotions to encourage students in their walk with the Lord and fellowship with one another. Our devotions are done utilizing an AEIOU format:

Your child is learning a new Bible reading method called AEIOU, designed to help them understand God’s Word more deeply and apply it to their lives. This guide will explain each step, offer resources, and provide examples to help you assist them if they have questions or get stuck.
We encourage you to engage with your child as they use this method. It’s a wonderful way to grow in God’s Word together as a family!
