Josh, Andrea, Alexandra, Ariana, and Ezekiel are the Bolton family. Josh was saved at an early age and is grateful for how God has guided and protected him. Josh joined the Air Force in 2002 and served as an instructor for 11 years. God called him out of the service and into full-time ministry in October of 2013. He has served in children's, youth, and associate pastor roles. 

Josh and Andrea have been married since October of 2010. In 2015, they had their twin girls and in 2017 they had their little boy. They love to connect with other parents as they take their kids to swim lessons, the park, and martial arts lessons. They look forward to serving you at The Bridge Church and are excited to see what God will continue to do in and through His church. 

SHANA MCGRATH

BRIDGE KIDZ DIRECTOR

Shana was born and raised in Phoenix, Az.  She is married with 4 caring, generous, big-hearted, crazy kids. Shana has been saved, set free, redeemed, and on fire for Jesus since February 10th, 2015! By far the BEST 3yrs of my entire life! I started volunteering right away in children's ministry. God put it on my heart to take a leap of faith and follow Pastor Eric and Meagan; so I left and helped plant The Bridge Church. I love teaching, equipping, and speaking life into children; Loving and following Jesus should be Fun, pure, and childlike.

YOUTH DIRECTOR'S

Aaron and Olivia are engaged to be married in 2020! They were both youth students in Pastor Eric and Meagan's youth ministry through high school. Aaron and Olivia both attend Grand Canyon University. Aaron is earning his degree in ministry while Olivia is studying to become a counselor. Aaron and Olivia are also both key leaders on our Sunday morning worship team.

BRIDGE GIRL DIRECTOR

Meagan is the wife of Eric our lead Pastor, but she is much more than just a shared last name. She is the creative genius to most things that happen. In addition to that, she leads our women's ministry, The Sisterhood. This was a far fetched idea many years ago. Meagan was content doing behind the scenes exclusively. Then God started to give and affirm giftings in her life that forced her to explore leading out front. It has been a transformative process in her life, as well

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Jeanette serves as Administrative Assistant at The Bridge Church.  She met her husband, Justin, while they were both serving in the US Air Force in Omaha, NE and got married in September 2004.  They moved to Phoenix in February 2008 when they separated from the AF, after their first child, Elizabeth, was born.  With the birth of Isabel-just 13 months later, then Mathias, and Autumn, they knew their family was complete.  Now they are a very active family who enjoys spending time together.

DEREK WELLS

WORSHIP DIRECTOR

Derek was born here in the Valley but raised in Odessa, a small town in West Texas. After moving here days after he graduated High School in 2000, he has made the Valley his home once again and married his wife Jaymi Wells in January of 2010. He is also a dad to two awesome sons Gavin and Carter. Derek has a heart of worship and desires to see everyone have an encounter with God through worship, resulting in life change that can only come through surrendering completely to Christ. 

REBECCA NAIR

PRE-SCHOOL DIRECTOR

Rebecca was born and raised in the West Valley. She was born into a Christian home, and learned the importance of a personal relationship with Christ from a young age. She has been happily married to her husband, Ivan since 2009 and is blessed to have two sons, Isaac and Jonah. Rebecca’s desire is to reach children with the Gospel from a young age so that they can know Jesus as Savior.

YOUNG ADULT DIRECTOR

Kurt and Jackie...and baby Jack make up the Hammerquist 3. They have served in ministry roles for many years as youth pastors, and Y/A roles. They joined our church before we began in 2018, and have been waiting to officially launch our Young Adult Ministry. They have a heart to connect with and help people who are making a difficult transition into adulthood; and help them find their purpose and identity in who Jesus made them to be. Who said we couldn't have fun while doing it!

FAMILY MINISTRY EVENTS

Morgan was raised in Phoenix. Her and her husband Trent have been married since May 2009 and have three beautiful children. Morgan and her family came to know the Lord and left the Mormon church for relationship with Jesus in 2017. She is currently in school to become a family pastor and is pursing a future in full time ministry. She has a strong passion for families and believes that God has called us to be the church because by the grace of Jesus all mankind can be adopted into his eternal family - Romans 12:5). Morgan praises God for making all things new in her life. She is excited for what Jesus is doing here at the Bridge and is humbled to be a part of the story.
