BRIDGE TEAM SERVING OPPORTUNITIES
This team exists to love people and make them feel at home here at the Bridge and consists of greeters, ushers, sanctuary hosts, hospitality, a parking team, safety (security), set-up and tear down, and a welcoming team at our parking entrance. The connect team is a BIG reason so many guests return because of the smiles, warmth, and hospitality our team shows them.
Our kid’s ministry is for ages birth-5th grade. We believe kids are the NOW generation. When we engage this generation they can and will make an impact in their families, friends, and their schools. We have many different ways you can serve in Bridge Kidz. You can be a greeter, helper, teacher, and more!
We believe the prayer of a righteous person helps and builds others up. We also believe God wants us to talk to Him and intercede on behalf of our city. There are multiple opportunities to pray for others. If you have a heart for people and love to pray for them, we’d love you to join this team.
We believe God will entrust us with more people than we, as pastors, can care for alone, so we are preparing now with our Congregational Care Team. Scripture calls us to care for orphans, widows, and anyone in our church who needs extra support. This ministry will include a prayer team, practical assistance, and helpful resources to meet a wide range of needs with compassion and care
The Production Team is a vital part to our services. They are sound, computer, lighting, and camera technicians, graphic designers, and video producers. These positions help our worship sound dynamic and look visually appealing.
The Worship Team leads the congregation in worship to our Lord and King. They set the atmosphere and help us engage in holy worship to a Holy God as they encourage, exhort, and lead us in songs to the Almighty. They are also skilled musicians and vocalists.
59% of millennials who were raised in the church are leaving it. This is an issue that we want to battle in our community. We want to minister to the young adults in our community, continue to teach them the gospel, and provide environments and a community where they will feel welcome and engaged.
Our student ministry is for students from 6th-12th grade. We want to build on the foundation these teenagers have received from Bridge Kidz. We believe all ages of adults can help students navigate the difficulties and victories that come from being in junior high and high school. Join this team as a small group leader, helper, or teacher.
